We've redesigned Clarative from the ground up—and while you'll notice the fresh interface right away, the real story is what's happening beneath the surface, and why we made the change.
Here's what we kept seeing: Risk teams would open Clarative to review vendor events and understand changes in risk postures. Vendor management teams also cared about vendor events—but through a completely different lens, focused on SLA compliance and performance metrics. As we rapidly built features to address the needs we were hearing, we organized them in ways that made logical sense at the time. But logic isn't the same as intuitive. These two personas care about related things, but not the same things. And increasingly, both teams were swimming through information that simply wasn't relevant to their day-to-day priorities.
The new Clarative recognizes that vendor management isn't one job—it's two distinct disciplines that happen to share the same data.

The Risk tab is built for security and compliance teams who need to stay on top of vendor risk profiles. You'll find everything related to what's changed across your vendor ecosystem: new alerts, shifts in risk scores, vendors that need attention. The workflows you need—triaging alerts, configuring monitoring rules, setting up notifications—are right there, without distraction.

The Performance tab is designed for teams managing vendor performance and contracts. This is where you track SLA violations, monitor vendors against their contractual commitments, and see which relationships need intervention.
Both tabs include new capabilities we've been working on, like trend charts that help you spot patterns over time—whether that's an upward trend in security incidents or a vendor consistently missing delivery windows, so you’re not just looking at a point-in-time number, you’re seeing the full picture.

We also added something new: a Home page that gives you the highlight reel. When you log in, you see the most important developments across both risk and procurement—the big changes, the urgent items, the things you can't afford to miss. Think of it as your daily “catch up” before you dive into the details.
This isn't just about cleaner navigation or a UI refresh - though we’re always excited to make the product look as good as it works - it's about usability.
Risk teams can now move faster because they're not navigating around vendor management features. Procurement teams have a focused workspace that matches how they think about vendor management. And everyone gets a clearer view of what actually matters to them.
We're excited about using this new product hierarchy to continue our mission to build vendor risk and performance management tools in a way that serves our distinct personas equally well.
Ready to see it in action? The new Clarative is designed around how you actually work—whether you're managing vendor risk or tracking procurement performance.
